And she enjoyed the taste of everything -- It is not so easy to please her since she is from Italy and still makes her own sauce, pizza and Italian cookies. I ordered on-line and inadvertently put the wrong expiration date for my credit card on the order form. I promptly received an e-mail telling me there was a problem- I called you and received excellent customer service over the phone and the problem was resolved immediately. That was yesterday, and my order arrived today! In today's business world, customer service seems to be on the decline, but your business is a shining exception. I am a professional recipe writer- I write cooking classes for a nation-wide cooking school and often include on-line sources in the recipes for the students to use to acquire specialty ingredients. Often times what you see in a picture or on the net is not what the item looks like in real life but not the case with A Taste of Italy. I received the basket and it was beautiful! My fiancee is a man who has most everything and I always find it challenging to buy for him. HE LOVED THE BASKET!
